Event: ARU Graduation Ceremony
Dates: Monday 17th November, Tuesday 18th November & Wednesday 19th November
Location: Chelmsford Campus and Chelmsford locations off campus (i.e cathedral, guy harlings marquee)
Pay: £12.60 p/h
Available Shifts: Various shifts available - between 07:30 - 19:30 (dependent on locations)
Duties: Supporting the Cambridge Graduation ceremonies with directional / sign posting to ensure graduates and guest find their way between the ceremony venues and the post ceremony receptions. Other roles include checking tickets, helping with admissions and seating etc. You will be placed in a specific area of the graduation and you will get a full brief on the day of the event.
Please note the majority of the roles will be based outside and will involve standing for long periods in all weathers.
