Client Care & Reactivation Assistant

Part Time (Zero Hours) | The Old Coal Yard, Chelmsford | Starting 28th July 2026

About the role

VITAL Health is one of Essex's leading musculoskeletal clinics, and we're opening our brand new Chelmsford site at The Old Coal Yard. We're looking for a friendly, confident person to join our client care team and help our patients get the most from their treatment.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role with two main parts:

• Looking after patients receiving MBST therapy, an advanced treatment for arthritis and joint problems. You'll welcome patients, get them comfortable and set up on the treatment table, and make sure every visit feels personal and well cared for. Full training provided, no clinical experience needed.
• Making friendly follow-up and reactivation calls to past patients. You'll be checking in on how they're doing, answering questions and helping them book back in when the time is right. This is warm, genuine outreach to people who already know us, not cold calling.

The shifts: This role runs on a zero hours contract with a regular weekly pattern built from the shifts below. We expect to hire two people to share these between them, so tell us at interview which shifts suit you. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Monday - 5.00pm - 8.00pm

Tuesday - 5.00pm - 8.00pm

Wednesday - 4.00pm - 8.00pm

Thursday - 4.00pm - 8.00pm

Friday - 8.00am - 2.00pm and 2.00pm - 8.00pm (two shifts)

Saturday - 8.00am - 2.00pm and 2.00pm - 8.00pm (two shifts)

Sunday - 10.00am - 4.00pm 

Who we're looking for: This role would suit a college leaver or current university student looking for regular, flexible part time work. You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have a confident, warm and friendly phone manner (this is the big one)
• Genuinely enjoy talking to people and making them feel looked after
• Are reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
• Are organised and happy following simple systems and scripts
• Have an interest in health, sport or wellbeing (a bonus, not a must)

You must be aged 18 or over, as some shifts involve working in the clinic on your own.

Pay: £10.85- to £12.71 per hour (Plus commission on patient rebooking's from your calls, structure to be shared at interview)
