Dates: 7th - 18th January 2027 (not including weekends) Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:15 (including a 30-minute paid lunch break) Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour Location: ARU Chelmsford Campus
You will support the School of Medicine (HeMS) department with the delivery of the upcoming Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs).
Meet and greet candidates upon arrival.
Direct and escort candidates to the designated admissions or registration areas.
Provide campus tours to candidates and visitors.
Answer general enquiries and provide a friendly, professional welcome.
Assist the School of Medicine team with other MMI-related duties as required.
Current ARU Medicine student (Medicine student ambassadors preferred).
Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with prospective students and visitors.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Sessions on 15th and 18th January are contingency days. The session on 15th may finish earlier, while 18th may be cancelled if not required.
You are not required to be available for all days. However, please indicate which FULL days you are available to work in the 'Additional Notes to Support Application' section when submitting your application.
Please note that half-day availability cannot be accommodated.
