Pay rate: £12.60 per hour
Location: Hybrid working at Harlow, Essex based office
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible working with some paid travel required)

The role
This is a small, dynamic team that thrives on ideas, passion, and purpose. You’ll be joining a company that values fresh thinking, initiative, and creativity - a perfect environment for a current student looking to gain hands-on digital marketing experience and contribute to an exciting, fast-paced brand that’s making its mark around the world. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating engaging content including images and videos, to promote products and services via social media channels, website, blog posts etc.
- Utilising scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite) to plan and manage posts effectively
- Using Canva to design visuals, graphics and branded content
- Boosting and managing social media campaigns to maximise engagement
- Utilise email marketing platforms to send advertising mailers
- Website update and maintenance
- Evidence marketing activity and produce metrics to review campaign success
- Develop fresh, new ideas for the business.
- Supporting the team with marketing administration and other ad-hoc tasks.
Person specific
- Current student from a relevant degree e.g. digital marketing, marketing, business with marketing, business, design or unrelated degree with demonstrable experience.
- Able to regularly travel to Harlow based office location and various client sites for content creation (expenses paid).
- Understanding of and interest in digital marketing platforms including social media, e-mailers, website preferably in a professional context
- Experience using social media scheduling tools e.g. Hootsuite
- Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tool
- Experience of using Wix or similar preferable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent team player with attention to detail
- Creative and able to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing ideas
- Strong initiative, intuition and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Be proactive, organised and willing to learn.
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity and fresh ideas to the role.
