Role: Clearing Advisor 2026 (Chelmsford)
This role is open to students and non-students.
Start Date: 29th June 2026
Proposed End Date: 2nd October 2026
Location: This is an in person role based at the ARU Chelmsford campus (please do not apply if you cannot commit to travelling to Chelmsford campus).
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Number of positions available: 6
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm.

Duties:
- Customer service skills answering the phone to potential applicants.
- Creating clearing applicant records, answering basic enquires from applicants.
- Good written skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills including spoken English.
- Knowledge of UK education system.
- Candidates must be available for the full contract.
- Full training will be given.

Standard hours: 9am - 5pm
13th August – 9am - 5pm
14th August – 7:30am-6pm
16th August – 10am-4pm
