2 weeks initially to cover staff absence with the potential to be extended
Location: 3 
Sawyers Building Chelmsford (Hybrid – 2 days remote)
Hours:
37 hours per week
Rate of Pay:
 £ 12.91

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a skilled and proactive HR Administrator to provide temporary cover within our busy HR team at ARU. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience who can quickly adapt and contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR records, systems, and databases
  • Administer the DBS renewal process
  • Create and manage Associate Lecturer records
  • Provide general administrative support across HR Operations

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
